Return Policy

  • Special order, modified, or previously installed products are ineligible for return
  • A Twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be assessed for all assembled cabinets (excluding fillers, crown molding etc.)
  • Customer has 3 business days from the date of pick up or delivery to return damaged product for replacement.

Delivery Policy

  • Customer (or authorized personnel) must be on location at the time of delivery.
  • Products will be delivered to the door, to the bottom of the steps, or into a garage / storage unit.
  • Missing products must be notated on the packing list by the customer upon delivery.
